Automatic Pocket Setter: X-Y Servo Sewing and Mould Folding

What the video shows

A bathrobe pocket on an automatic pocket setter: the operator places the pocket on the mould, the mould folds it and carries it to the panel, the sewing head follows the stitch path with X-Y servo axes in sync with the needle, and the finished part is stacked automatically. Control runs on CODESYS on an industrial PC, with Estun ED3L EtherCAT servo drives on the X-Y axes and Crevis I/O for folding and stacking.
