Automation Panels
In short
ONX Control designs power and control panels for machine and line automation and builds them on a turnkey basis. Drives, industrial PC or PLC, the EtherCAT network and safety circuits are delivered as one package, tested before they reach the site.
Scope of service
- Electrical design and bill of materials
- Heat calculation from drive losses and selection of ventilation / cooling
- Emergency stop, STO and safety relay circuits
- EtherCAT and industrial Ethernet network layout, network separation for remote access
- Functional test in the workshop with a test report
How we work

Requirements
Motor list, I/O count, supply and ambient conditions are defined.

Design
Electrical drawings, layout and bill of materials are prepared for approval.

Build and test
The panel is built; software is loaded and a functional test is carried out in the workshop.

Site
The panel is installed on site, wiring is checked and the system is commissioned.

Which standards are panels built to?
The applicable standards and documents depend on the destination country and machine type, and are stated separately in the quote.
Do you only build panels, or is software included?
Both are possible. The panel can be supplied turnkey with machine software and commissioning, or built only, to the customer's design.
