1. Identity of the Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), ONX Control Sistemleri A.Ş. ("Company") processes your personal data as a data controller within the scope and conditions described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data (Name, Surname, Email, Company Name, Phone) you provide when using our engineering tools (ROI, Motion Sizing) or filling out contact/quote forms are processed for the following purposes:

• Preparing and delivering accurate engineering proposals to you,
• Executing our B2B processes, sales, and after-sales support operations,
• Recording your requests in our CRM system to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Except for legal obligations, your collected personal data is never shared with or sold to any 3rd party advertising or marketing companies. Your data may only be shared with our internal engineering and sales teams, and authorized server/CRM infrastructure providers within the framework of secure protocols (TLS/SSL).

4. Rights of the Data Subject
